Passing of BLNG Club President: Pauline Leinberger

Dear BirdLife Northern Gauteng members,

It is with great sadness that I must inform you that our much loved club president, Pauline Leinberger, passed away peacefully in her sleep this morning.  Pauline had been a member of our club for 40 years and had served as our club president for nearly half that time.  She contributed in many different ways to the wellbeing of the club and touched many people’s lives in her quiet way.  She will be missed.

Thank you to the many people who sent messages of support after her recent hospitalisation.  Our condolences will be expressed to Pauline’s family.
